Cré agus Uisce is the Irish for ‘earth and water’. Working on this piece took me back to the purity of Irish landscapes. It mixes the depth and fluidity of water with the solidity and beauty of rock. The silver ribbons that finish it reflect almost a crystal or marble effect. There is a quiet repetition in this piece, finished with the morning mist rising on the landscape.
